I've been kinda slack recently as far as uploading and titling pics so here's a link to everything from 1/24 to 1/31.
I'll try to title and describe them all soon. As well as do back dated posts.
In other news I just spent $35 dollars online buying a pro flickr account and a slingshot organizer (I orderd a blue one with silver ink. However I entered a couple backup choices in case they're out so we'll see what I end up with. It should be here by Tuesday at the latest. Hopefully I can hold it together that long.) |

Ok so after hours of exhaustive review and looking at tons of photo hosting sites I think I'm going to stick with Flickr and get a paid account cause nothing can really match it. Once you're a paid member EVERYTHING is unlimited except each picture has a size restriction of 10Mb (which is larger than my camera can take).
I used to use photo bucket and they have definite size restrictions and you lose a noticeable amount or resolution with it no matter if you're free or paid.
Picasa isn't too great for organizing and costs almost the same per year to upgrade from 1Gb to 10Gb.

Ok so first off should I pay for a flickr account, use picasa or is there something I'm missing as far as storage and general awesomeness for photo hosting?
I can already tell this is going to become an issue and need to make a decision soon

I just want to say I'm doing really good with this and having a lot of fun.
1/20 ..... cause as we all know the Flying Spaghetti Monster created all things including a mountain, a tree and a midget with just a touch of his noodley appendage.
Or I pretty much eat pasta 4 times a week
1/20 It took Me, Ken and Meghan 15 minutes to figure out how to set up the VCR. In the end we just used the projector cause it was easier. And while I couldn't get a picture of it Tripolina (Ben & Leanne's cat) was fascinated with the skate video they put on.

Hey everyone! So I decided I'm going to try and do the picture a day thing and this is the big kickoff. Here's the rules I set for myself:
1. Take at least one picture a day for at least six months
2. Post entries at least once a week with at least one picture for each day
2 1/2. All photos will have dates and short descriptions.
3. Should a day be missed (ie. dead battery, no camera, etc.) it has to be made up with a picture that represents that day.
4. All entries will have [photo entry] in the title
5. Lj entries (i cross post on myspace as well) with more than 2 pics will be put behind a cut
Also I switched to flickr so you can view more pictures here if you want
Lets get started then!
1/18 Met these two girls at the manhattan last night. Gave one of them a book of matches then they gave me a shot.

I have a whole lot of things to say right now but I'd really rather wait till some of them were definite till I said them in this digital format. However what I will say is that I was in a state of malaise the last few days and am now over it(much thanks go to Christopher, Jesse, Liz, Liberty, a few others and snow for the kick in the ass to snap out of it a few days earlier than would've normally happened).
I SAW SNOW FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2 YEARS TODAY!!!!
I forgot how much I loved it (even though none of it stuck)
Anyways I'm going to see Vertigo at 4pm today and anyone who wants to come to Cine with me is more than welcome (See my Myspace bulletin) |

Funny story turned into a funny story:
My friend Laura has this dog named Fatty and used to live in the Boulevard area. My friend Marci lives in the same area and knows both Laura and Fatty. Anyways, this one day Fatty happened to get out and was running around the Boulevard area when Marci happened to be driving down the street. So Marci rolls down the window and starts screaming at Fatty "FATTY GO HOME" "GO HOME RIGHT NOW FATTY" "GO HOME FATTY". Eventually fatty starts head home and Marci begins to roll up her window when out of the corner of her eye she notices a overweight jogger on the side of the road with a hurt and shocked expression on their face. Marci not knowing what to do flees the scene.
Seriously, you can't say "yeah you're fat but I was talking to the dog"
Flash forward to last Sunday night. I'm telling this story to my friends Liz and Mary E as we're leaving Wal-mart at 1:30am (Mary E is moving in around the corner from me and was getting painting supplies). So, I'm getting really into the telling of this story and doing it pretty good justice; yelling "FATTY GO HOME" and such. And when I finish Mary E laughs and Liz just sorta chuckles. Anyways we get in the car and Liz asks if I saw the woman who stopped and was looking at me. I said something like "Was she an overweight jogger" and Liz says "Well, she wasn't skinny".
I'm an ass.

My Mom apparently has a boyfriend. (the divorce was just finalized)
Justin Flowers is unjustly in jail. (woop woop that's the sound of the police, woop woop that's the sound of the beast)
I finished a song. (no joke)
Another cyclist was hit (pretty seriously as far as I know) near Prince Ave. (Fuck cars! Make bike not car)
Formed a hot chocolate collective at work today (12 people on a 7.99 can of fancy ass hot chocolate)
Lots of laughing at things that aren't even funny at all like giant grocery bags with 2 things in them (Liberty - Thanks and you're welcome)
My hair/head can lift a 5 - 7 year old child off the ground
Watching a movie and going to bed while Leanne is getting ready for work.
Tomorrow:

So much happened today/tonight that I'm too tired to even explain that which I feel at liberty to explain but the cumulative effect is impressive
Really, I could cry for joy, pity, sorrow, wonder, happiness or any other reason you could come up with right now and not have any shame about it because all of those and more would make sense.

Actually it's more like maple syrup according to one of my friends who's been reading this since I started posting again.
Really it's not but it's pretty damn good.

My roommate Meghan is back in the states and will be back here within a week!
My friends are fun and I may be in yet another play on top of my roommate Ben's movie!
People other than myself and a few others seem to be getting excited about Food Not Bombs getting back up to 3 times a week!
